Ordering and prices

All prices are in Indonesian rupiah and include the shirt only; shipping is added at checkout. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We may change prices for future pre-orders, but a placed order keeps the price it was charged.

Your order is created when you complete checkout. We may cancel an order if the item becomes unavailable, if the address cannot be delivered, or if we suspect fraud; in that case you are told by email.

Pre-order

Every shirt is produced after the pre-order window for its Article closes. The product page states the window and the estimated delivery. Because production is planned from the orders we receive, sizes and colours cannot be changed after payment.

Payment

You pay the full amount at checkout; there is no deposit. Payment must arrive within 1 day of placing the order. If it does not, the order is cancelled automatically and the shirts are released. Payment is handled by our payment provider, and we never see or store your card or wallet credentials.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout for the address you enter. Our standard rate is Rp 25.000 with an estimate of 2–5 days. We ship with a single courier service chosen by the store; you do not choose a courier yourself.

The delivery estimate counts from handover to the courier. Delays caused by the courier, weather, or public holidays are outside our control, but we will help you follow up.

Cancellation and defective items

You can cancel an order while it is still waiting for payment. Once payment is received the shirt goes into production, so the order can no longer be cancelled.

If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your transaction number and a photo. We will arrange a replacement or another solution. This covers production and delivery mistakes, not a change of mind about the design.

Reviews

Only a customer with a completed order for a product can review it, and each customer keeps one review per product. A review can be changed or deleted by its author at any time. We may hide a review that contains personal information about another person, advertising or links, unlawful content, or content unrelated to the product. A hidden review stays in our records so the decision can be reviewed.

Design rights

The artwork, designs, and photography on this store belong to the store and its collaborators. Buying a shirt gives you the shirt for personal use; it does not give you the right to reproduce, resell, or license the design.
