How pre-order works

Manakala prints every shirt after the pre-order window closes. Ordering takes a few minutes; waiting is part of the deal.

Choose your shirt
Browse the Articles and products, pick a size and a colour, and add the shirt to your cart. Each product page shows the pre-order window and the estimated delivery.
Check out and pay in full
Enter your delivery address and pay the full amount up front. Payment is open for 1 day after you place the order. If the payment does not arrive in time, the order is cancelled automatically and the shirts return to stock.
We print after the window closes
Production starts once the pre-order window for that Article closes. This is how we print only what was ordered, so there is no leftover stock.
We pack and ship
Standard shipping costs Rp 25.000 and is estimated at 2–5 days. You can follow each step, and the tracking number once it exists, from your account or the tracking page.
Wear it and collect points
When the order is completed you earn points that you can spend on a later order. Points and vouchers are applied at checkout before you pay.

What you should know

You pay the full amount at checkout. There is no deposit and no second payment.
We cannot change the size or colour after payment, so check your cart before you pay.
The delivery estimate starts after production, not from the moment you pay. The product page shows the estimate for that Article.
